Something not working, or need a hand? Email support@spontaza.com. A real person reads every message, usually within two working days. In the app, go to Settings → Help & Feedback.
Report someone or something
- To report a person, open their profile and tap Report.
- To report a message, press and hold it and choose Report.
- To block someone, open their profile and tap Block. You won't see their messages, and they can't add you to a group or start a new chat with you.
We review reports within 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
Your privacy settings
- Share rough location: off unless you turn it on. Change it any time in Settings.
- Echo: shares your live location with a group only while you're in one. To stop, tap the Echo button on the Places map and choose Stop sharing, or go to Settings → Echo → Stop. It also stops by itself when the time runs out.
- Plan with AI: whether Claude may use your messages to keep plans up to date. Change it in Settings.
- Notifications: Settings → Notifications, or your phone's own settings.

Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This deletes everything straight away. If you no longer have the app, see Delete account.
Common problems
- Not getting notifications? Check that notifications are allowed for Spontaza in your phone's settings, then open the app once so it can re-register.
- Can't hear someone on a call? Check that Spontaza has microphone access, and that neither of you is muted. Then try again on a different network (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
- Testing the beta? Screenshot the problem and email it to us, or use TestFlight's built-in feedback on iPhone. Tell us what you expected to happen.
